Creating a Casinu account is free and takes less than two minutes. Click the Register button at the top of any page, fill in your details — name, email address, and a secure password — then verify your email. Once verified, your Casinu account is active and ready to use. You must be at least 21 years old to register, in line with Philippine gambling regulations.

The minimum age to play on Casinu is 21 years old. This is the legal age requirement for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as set by PAGCOR regulations. We take age verification seriously — accounts found to belong to underage players will be suspended immediately and any funds returned.

Go to the Login page and click the "Forgot Password" link below the login form. Enter the email address associated with your Casinu account and we will send you a password reset link. Check your inbox — and your spam folder if you do not see it within a few minutes. The reset link is valid for 30 minutes.

No. Each player is allowed only one Casinu account. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all accounts being suspended and balances forfeited. If you are having trouble accessing your existing account, please contact our support team at [email protected] instead of creating a new one.

After registering, Casinu will send a verification email to the address you provided. Click the link in that email to confirm your account. For withdrawal purposes, you may also be asked to complete identity verification (KY C) by submitting a valid government-issued ID — such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license. This is a standard security measure to protect your account and ensure compliance with regulations.

Most deposits reflect instantly. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, first check that the transaction was completed successfully on your GCash, PayMaya, or banking app. If the payment went through on your end but your Casinu balance has not updated, contact our support team at [email protected] with your transaction reference number and we will resolve it promptly.
