To register and use the Casinu Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:
Age Verification: Casinu reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Accounts where age cannot be verified will be suspended pending verification. Any winnings accrued on an account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be forfeited.
Casinu reserves the right to refuse registration or close any account where eligibility requirements are not met, at its sole discretion and without prior notice.
To access the full features of the Casinu Platform, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid email address or mobile number.
Each individual is permitted to hold only one active Casinu account. Operating multiple accounts, whether under the same or different identities, is strictly prohibited. Casinu employs technical and manual verification measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited at Casinu's discretion.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Casinu will never contact you to request your password. Any activity conducted through your account will be deemed to have been carried out by you, and you will be held responsible for all such activity.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization, you must notify Casinu support immediately. Casinu will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized access where you have failed to maintain adequate security of your credentials.
Casinu is required to conduct identity verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method at any time. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.
All financial transactions on the Casinu Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱). Casinu supports the following payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank bank transfers. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at Casinu's discretion.
Deposits are processed in real time for supported e-wallet methods including GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer deposits may take additional processing time depending on the issuing bank. Casinu does not charge fees on deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges. You are responsible for any fees levied by your bank or e-wallet provider.
All funds deposited into your Casinu account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts are not permitted and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the originating account.
Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Casinu reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible.
Casinu aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) business hour for GCash and PayMaya during standard business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. Casinu accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Note: Casinu reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending completion of identity verification, investigation of suspected fraud or bonus abuse, or compliance with any applicable legal obligation.
An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. Casinu reserves the right to apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts. You will be notified by email or SMS prior to any such fee being applied. Casinu will make reasonable efforts to return remaining balances to verified players upon request.
Casinu may offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, and other promotional incentives to registered players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game restrictions, and validity periods, which will be communicated at the time the promotion is offered.
Participation in any Casinu promotion constitutes acceptance of the specific terms applicable to that promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
All games available on the Casinu Platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) that have been independently tested and verified for fairness. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published within each game's information panel and represent theoretical long-term averages, not guaranteed returns on individual sessions.
By participating in any game on the Casinu Platform, you acknowledge and accept that: (a) the outcome of each game round is determined by a certified RNG and is entirely random; (b) past game outcomes have no bearing on future results; (c) Casinu does not manipulate game outcomes in any way; and (d) gambling involves risk and you may lose the funds you wager.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during a game round, Casinu reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the wagered amount to the player's account. Casinu accepts no liability for losses arising from technical issues beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity failures on the player's end.
If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must notify Casinu support within seventy-two (72) hours of the disputed round. Casinu will investigate the matter using server-side game logs, which are the definitive record of all game outcomes. The decision of Casinu following such investigation is final and binding.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Casinu Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the Casinu Platform, including but not limited to the Casinu name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and user interface design, is the exclusive property of Casinu or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Casinu Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not permit you to: copy, reproduce, or distribute any Platform content; reverse-engineer or decompile any Platform software; use any Casinu trademarks or branding without prior written consent; or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
Any unauthorized use of Casinu's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by Casinu.
Casinu collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on the Casinu Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Casinu implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. However, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. You acknowledge and accept this inherent risk when using any online platform.

Casinu reserves the right to impose responsible gaming restrictions on any account where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player may be experiencing gambling-related harm, regardless of whether the player has requested such restrictions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, Casinu's total liability to you in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Casinu account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

You may close your Casinu account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC requirements and provided no outstanding wagering requirements apply to bonus funds.
Casinu reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Where an account is closed due to breach of these Terms, Casinu reserves the right to forfeit any balance remaining in the account, including both deposited funds and bonus funds, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, including any question regarding their existence, validity, or termination, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to first contact Casinu's support team to attempt to resolve the dispute informally. Casinu will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint or dispute within fourteen (14) business days of receiving written notification.
Casinu operates in alignment with the regulatory framework established by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR). Players who are unsatisfied with Casinu's resolution of a complaint may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through its official channels.
Casinu reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Casinu will provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or an in-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect the date of the most recent changes.
Your continued use of the Casinu Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 12.
