Casinu will respond to all verified data privacy rights requests within thirty (30) calendar days of receipt. In complex cases, this period may be extended by a further thirty (30) days, and you will be notified of the extension and the reason for it.
Please note that certain rights are subject to limitations. For example, Casinu may be unable to delete data that it is legally required to retain for anti-money laundering or regulatory compliance purposes. Where a request cannot be fulfilled in full, Casinu will explain the reason in writing.
The Casinu platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above. Casinu does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. Age verification is conducted as part of the registration and KYC process to enforce this requirement.
If Casinu becomes aware that personal data has been collected from a person under 21 years of age, the relevant account will be immediately suspended, all associated data will be deleted, and any funds deposited will be returned to the originating payment method to the extent technically possible.
